Citrus Lane June Review is Kid Approved

I have been wanting try out some kids boxes lately for our little one. And due to some great promos that were going on, we went a little over board this month. That’s okay though, she loves her boxes just as much as I love mine, and Daddy likes his. Haha.  One of our picks this month of Citrus Lane. I have heard great things about Citrus Lane and was excited to give it a try.

What is Citrus Lane?
Citrus Lane is a monthly subscription that sends out age appropriate engaging toys, healthy and nutritious treats, snuggly items, books and so much more for kids ages 6 months to 6 years old. Each monthly box costs $25 per month.

This month’s theme, like many of my June boxes was Summertime.  Citrus Lane picked out some great items to prepare for the sunny season. Our Citrus Lane box was for a 2 year old girl (32 months).

Okay I really just do not have any words, other than ADORABLE! This will be perfect for our little one as long as she actually will keep it on.  I love that it is reversible as well. Perfect for summer. She was having a hay day with the hat when she first got it.

This is just what we needed for the summer.  Sunscreen is a must for the little one, and this Episencial is a great safe and water resistant sunscreen. Now all we need is the sunshine!

This is great for the beach or sandbox, or to actually put some ice cream in. Haba makes great toys to allow kids imaginations to reach to the moon. What I also like is this set is sturdy, so no plastic pieces breaking off.

We love sidewalk chalk, and I am sure our little one will love this set. And, it comes with a holder for those days when she does not want to get dirty, or is feeling extra strong. This holder is made to protect the chalk from breaking. Cannot wait to let her give this creative chalk a try.

TICKLED PINK OPINION:  For our first month of Citrus Lane, I am very pleased. I was hopeful for a little more not just 4 items; however, the items total value was $43, so it was well over what I spent on the box.  I appreciate that Citrus Lane adds items from the box that are clearly focused on the child’s age, and they take the time to make sure they are quality items. Quality over quantity.  I think I will give Citrus Lane another month or so, as our little one really liked the box and looked super cute in the little sun hat!
